As Manger of Lins Garden:I am writhing to you Revdex.com about the matter on Oct 6, The way run my business is first come first service base, and mirror customer service as wellIt mean I do not care what color skin as customer coming into my restaurant if you nice to me will beextra nice to you; as same if this person being an [redacted] to me will be worst.I will be happy to call [redacted] to pull up call history on the Oct also have Credit card purchasing slip to proof as well the timing and the of one of the first transaction that voidedAnd here is the two orders she place that waste my time and my moneyComputer does not lieAs business owner send out foods twice, but only get pay onceI didn't make profits should get from this order, but I lost profit that is not right alreadyWaste the time of the driver.She place the order at 8pm I have my part time American boy Adam a [redacted] Collage student to delivery the food call the phone number ###-###-#### she proved many time, but there were no answersThe driver Adam even knock on the door sew the TV screen knocked and was on still no answersSo Adam left came back I have to call them and left the massage at 3###-###-#### to tell them that no answers as we deliver the foods so I canceled itShe calls back telling me that the phone was acting funny it didn't go thought and she said no one knock the door, and she work at home there are no TV in her house, she ask if we can make a new order delivery it again, and this time prove mean second phone number which is her husband's cellphone ###-###-####This is about 10pmI was nice enough to make a new food and have Adam delivery again to the same address of [redacted] **The second delivery was alright Adam came back same house and sign the slip with cited cardAfter 11pm that we already close she call tell me was being mean to her and she call the other restaurant place another order got delivery already and pay for why did charge her for something she didn't get and the order and that should be cancelShe said she call to cancel which that is lie that she never didShe never refused the food and the second order and she sign the credit card slip as well the proof as belowAdam can testify to prove all this.I history of Oct to prove itShe never call to cancel)She start to yelling at me over the phone yes of course then I hang up on her.A untrue person is not long a customer of my for sure long as still manger of Lins Garden, and will hang up on her many time as she call and will not refund anything at all; Unless she gave me the foods back that she eat and apologize.This is the City of York there are at least over Chinese restaurant around my area, not counting after 2miles over Chinese restaurant in the city of [redacted] itShe can check her phone for call historiesI will not take any responsibilities on her mistake to call and talk to wrong restaurant that who might yell at her or mass up her orders.Lins Garden Chinese Takeout (this is my restaurant)

I spent over $in takeout food and threw away all of itI ordered combs of General taos chickenThe sauce was overly sweet with no flavor and not a hint of heatI also ordered a comb of Human beef again no flavor in the sauce and overly sweetThe egg drop soup was bland and the hot and sour soup again sweetThe egg rolls were soggy and fell apartI will not go back again and will not ever recommend it to anyone
