Worst rental experienced ever- to many problems to name them all, briefly; 1st week there, I was greeted "home"by the smell of sewage from an outdoor piping problem (reported & management ignored for about 2 months), multiple different types of bug problems (bed bugs/roaches, silverfish and spiders), a taskforce drug bust, while coming/going seeing law enforcement there on domestic violence calls, a big rash of stolen cars reported, poor exterior maintenence, and to top that off a year and a half with no cable/satellite possibility because the complex had old wiring-now they say there upgrading that. Also when trying to resolve any problem it would always escalate because disrespectful and unprofessional management (specifficly Joelle B[redacted] -sp? and her ASSistant Elizabeth who have now both been excused from the property and work for F[redacted] Prop. Mgt.) I was told by the "Manager", Joelle - my problems are "irrelevant" to many probs to name. Luxury? Not close.","neg-1

Currently we have a special pricing on our application/ administrative fee. The total non-refundable price is $109. These fees are to cover processing of the application and paperwork. We explain to all applicants this is a non-refundable $109 even IF the application is declined for various reasons which is a standard point system set up with the 3rd party company that processes for us. IF the application is declined an adverse action letter is provided to the applicant with contact numbers they can call to confirm. I personally spoke with this applicant, sent her the adverse action letter. My leasing staff share the non-refundable information with all applicants so they, the applicant can make an informed decision as to whether or not they want to apply. This is consistent with all applications. When this applicant was informed of the denial she told my leasing consultant that she remembered the money was non-refundable but wanted to know if we would make an exception and give back to her.
