Review: in 1998, I purchased a life insurance contract, #[redacted] from Lincoln Benefit Life Co. and have paid my premiums every year. I paid my most recent premium on time by check. However, it was not received and I was not notified. I found out about this when I received an Application for Reinstatement. I called on November 11 to discuss this with their representative. He said he would research and call within 48 hours. He has never called.Desired Settlement: My 16 year old life insurance contract needs to be reinstated without completing an Application for Reinstatement. Lincoln Benefit is welcome to call me at [redacted] and I can give them a credit card to charge the premium. Alternatively I can over night a check.
