One of our Home Delivery Manager's left a message for the consumer We talked to our local contractor that handles delivery out there He also verified non delivery of this product that the consumer does not want We will be doing that for the next few weeks until we feel confident that this is resolved We would like to make sure that he doesn't get anything he doesn't want

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
after I spoke with Ed, I realized that while he says they don't turn it over to a coercion agency, I have a letter from a collection agencyA copy of which was included with my original complaint I emailed the help desk on Dec and requested a letter to that collection agency saying the matter was resolved I never received a response.
I am am travelling in Europe and calls are difficult and I have tried to attach a copy of the Dec email but it may not come through
I would like a letter sent to the agency in the collection notice I received saying this was an error My concern is that at some point this will show in a credit report and I will have to prove it wasn't support to be there

We sent an email to the consumer but we have not heard back We will keep checking on this to be sure the consumer does not receive anymore deliveries
