Review: I was overcharged for parking. The rate indicated $22. per hour. The manager did notindicate that I would be charged an additional $10.00 for an SUV. A gentleman was picking up his car late Sunday night 6/**he had parked from 3-9:15 and he paid $35.I was parked for only 40 minutes and was charged $32.00 I believe I was taken advantage of. I should have been told I would be charged this exorbitant amount at the time I parked. It was late and the manager who received my car did not inform me of this exorbitant charge for 40 minutes of parking. This complaint is regarding ticket # [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed the $10.00 at a bare minimum.

Review: -On July **, 2013 I parked my 2009 Jeep Commander at this parking lot which belongs to Central Parking System. While my car was parked there it got hit on the passenger side back door.

-On July **, 2013 I reported the incident to the manager at the parking lot location and he said that they would pay for the damages and he referred the claim to his insurance.

-Few weeks later I got a denial letter dated July *, 2013, which had my name spelled incorrectly and the incident date as the date I reported the incident saying that my claim was denied because I had left the premises and that on the incident date (07/**/2013, which by the way is the day the incident was reported and not the date when the incident happened) the employees did not report any accidents therefore they would not repair my car.

-On September **, 2013 I sent a letter to the Claims Administrator and managers of Central Parking System asking them to reconsidered their decision, before I submitted a claim with the Revdex.com and the Attorney General's Office.

-Two moths later I got a letter dated November **, 2013 confirming their prior decision for I had left the premises when I reported the incident and because of they are saying that "after the vehicle leaves our premises we are incapable of determining, with absolute certainty, when or where the damage(s) actually took place."

-I am a person with a superb moral character and have no need to lie about something like this. I am a Notary Public, and a Professional English/Spanish Interpreter, who is always obligated to comply with a high standard code of ethics. If I am saying that this incident happen there that day and that place is because I am certain it happen there. This has been the place where I park my car, and I have no reason to lie about this.Desired Settlement: I want Lincoln Garage, LLC and/or Central Parking System to pay for the repairs of my car's door. Once this is fulfilled I will not seek any further action against neither party.
