Our Financial Aid Assistant Director, [redacted] , met with [redacted] on Wednesday, August She was able to package the student and get him all ready to start back on tabindex="0" September 14th [redacted] apologized for the confusion, explained to [redacted] that we had some miscommunication due to staffing changes, he seemed very satisfied and excited to get back to school again
