Dear Sirs/Madams,On Saturday October 10, 2015 Lincoln Insurance Agency recieved a phone call from Franchon [redacted] reporting a claim that occured on 10/08/15. We were experiencing computer problems at the time and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We explained to Ms. [redacted] she must report the claim to American Alliance the liability carrier and [redacted] Insurance Company the physical damage carrier. Lincoln Insurance Agency is a Broker/Producer and has NO claim adjusting authority. [redacted] is the insurance company that carries the collision and comprehensive coverage and is responsible for the vehicle repair. According to [redacted] records, Ms. [redacted] went to the office and picked up a check for $2,078.77 in order for her body shop to repair her car. They closed the claim file. increased premium which we attempted to collect from the customer.
We have decided to make an accomodation to the [redacted] and remove the current balance on their account. Due to the adjustment the balance is zero.
