But,the business will show a good faith in resolving this issue and refund the

Review: I booked and my credit card was going to be charged for a Limousine to have me picked up at the airport. Lincoln Limousine sent out an old 14 passenger van instead of the limousine to pick me up. The van was wrecked from one side, had no air-conditioning and one of the seat belts was missing. The vehicle was far from being a limousine. I honestly thought I was been played a joke. After many minutes on the phone with the office rep. I was told that I booked a 14 passenger van and not a Limo. I supplied the rep with confirmation emails stating the type of vehicle I reserved and the amount that was going to be charged and even though it clearly stated on my emails that I paid for a Limo, the rep refused to send a limo or to cancel the future charge. She stated that even if I choose not to use the van the amoutn was going to be charge on my credit card becasue the van was allready waiting one me.Desired Settlement: If the company is in business to provide a service and I reserved and technically paid for the service I should be entitled to such service. This company failed to provide what they sold me and I should not be liable to pay them for an inferior service. I am asking for my money to be refunded. If it’s not possible to get my money back, I at least want others to know about this bogus rip off company.

Review: Made reservation for airport car service. Plans changed, had to cancel car service, and did so 13 hours before scheduled pick-up. Business rep stated that they will charge my card $25.00 cancellation fee, which they said is spelled out on the web-site. Checked the web-site and my confirmation e-mail from the company; no such policy is stated. In both the on-line registration form and the e-mail confirmation, it only says that if cancellations less than 3 hours within pick-up time (or failure to show on customer's part), they will charge our credit card. It is my belief that Lincoln Limousine of New York make it their business practice to withhold such information during reservation process, and also fail to state it clearly on their web-site on either their FAQ page or on their Terms and Conditions page, with the intent of surprising responsible customers who cancel reservations within a reasonable time with new cancellation charges.Desired Settlement: A refund of the $25.00 charge, and such charges be clearly stated in both their FAQ page and their Terms and Conditions page on their website.

Review: I pre-purchased a car for my son to be picked up at JFK, price was $50 and they stated my car was to be charged immediately. Instead when they arrived at his hotel the driver asked for $102

and when my son called me and I spoke to him. He apologized and said this happened all the time. I asked him why and he said well there are additional fees we don't quote when you book. I asked

for his managers number and when the guy picked up he was yelling at me saying my son was in the car for 2-3 hours and the prices was $208. I said he was talking to the wrong guy, my son was only in the car for 45 minutes, he then realized I was a different person which then made me realize there was someone else having a similar issue.

He basically said the price on the website didn't matter this was the price and either I paid by paypal right then or he would have the diver take my son back to the airport. When I said I was going to report this he then told the driver to only accept cash from my son which then meant he had to go inside the hotel to get cash which luckily he was able to do. My fault is that I didn't check Yelp because it looks like there are others who are having this issue with them. As a businessman it was obvious the guy didn't care and that this was part of how they do business. Luckily I wasn't there which could have made this a bad situation.Desired Settlement: $50 refunded to me
