Review: To whom it may concern.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the above company. We recently booked 4 services with Lincoln Limousine, the first 2 on May ** and May ** were fine and we had no complaints.

The second 2 however were horrible.

Let me explain.... On Saturday June [redacted] we arrange to be picked up at the Manhattan Cruise terminal, take a 4 hour NYC tour and return to our hotel. The pick up was fine, however the driver wasn't happy about taking us on a city tour at all. He was not at all friendly, which I can deal with however we had many problems.

1. He made an illegal U turn in front of a "police camera" on the southern end of Central Park, he cut in front of oncoming traffic and drive down the sidewalk for several yards.

2. The driver parked on a curb when we stopped at St Patricks Cathedral and got a parking ticket, which he then decided was our fault. (I would like to add that we didn't tell him where to stop),

3. The last and most problematic event he hit another car and left the scene.. He was making a left turn from the middle lane and hit the car that was next to him on the left. He stopped said a few words to the other driver through the window and when the other driver pulled to the side of the road our driver took off. At that time we decided it was in our best interest to end the tour and had the driver return us to our hotel 2 hours early. He then charged us $551.25 for 5 hours when we scheduled a 4 hour tour, this was about $100 more than we were quoted. I don't know about you but I feel $551.25 is extreme considering we were involved in a hit and run and felt forced to end the tour 2 hours early.

On Tuesday June [redacted] we were scheduled to be picked up at 4:45 from our hotel and taken to JFK airport. Our driver was 45 minutes late and came in a car too small for our party and our luggage. I called several times and was told to "relax" we had plenty of time. I was also told he would be there in 3 minutes 5 separate times over the course of the 45 minutes. We had to hold luggage on our lap, the floor and put it in the front of the limo. I actually had to sit the entire drive with my legs curled up on the seat, because the floor was full. Since the driver was 45 minutes late we were late to the airport and our flight was closing as we arrived. We got to baggage drop off and they had already closed it. We ran though security and were flagged for extra checks since we were so late and then barely made it to the gate.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund of the June [redacted] and June [redacted] services
