Dear Sirs:We immediately instigated this case:The guest checked in, paid with credit card, signed and got key into room at 6:39pm, 02/02/2017;Guests came to lobby pounded the door complained about bedbugs (without any evidence) and asked refund at 2:29am, 02/032017;The employee offered
them to change room to then then back to 106;We carefully looked into the room at the morning after they left (we don't know when they left) and no any evidence of bedbugs found; We guarantee there are no any bedbugs in our hotel rooms;Our policy: No refund if checking in over minutes or room has been used;However, we apologize if any inconvenient caused by our employees.Sincerely,Manager
