2015 regarding advertising on the Duluth & Superior resident guide. She agreed to place a 9% page advertisement in the amount of $499 and wanted to be billed. The advertisement was reviewed with her and she indicated that she did not require a "proof". This order was confirmed by Sales Manager, Judy [redacted] on June 23, 2015 at the time of the sale. This Resident Guide was published and a box of 50 guides shipped to Ms [redacted] on October 30, 2015. [redacted] communicated by telephone to Ms. [redacted] on November 17, 2015 stating that she had not, in fact, agreed to placing this advertising order and that the ad was not correct, although it was confirmed at the time of the order. Just for the record, the [redacted] did advertise with Lincoln Marketing in the past (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012). No, Lincoln Marketing will not contact this advertiser in the future as we have taken a loss of $499.00 on this project.
