Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I offered multiple times the contact information to the certified mechanic we use, obviously I am not a mechanic and I thought it best for the mechanics to speak Mazda of Oly had no interest in contacting them It just came as no surprise that we soon after had trouble with the brakes as we had worried may happen Our mechanic kept the parts in his shop for several days to follow and again I had offered all of his contact information to Mazda of Oly Unfortunately for me, because Mazda of Oly was not timely returning my calls and eventually quit returning them altogether, our mechanic threw out the parts Sincerely, [redacted]

We have reviewed the customers request and have some issues with the repairs and the reasoning we would be accountable for the repairsFirst of all we did inspect the brakes again per the we owe and found that pads were at 50% or betterWe also noted that when customer took vehicle to have repair
work done that the complaint was for pulsation while braking which would indicate a separate problem that in months or miles could happen.We also note that a complete brake repair performed without retaining old parts as noted on repair bill provided we would not be able to see what the actual wear was at the point she had work donewe at no point authorized or were asked if to help with repairs. We do all our safety inspections to all vehicles at the same level that Ford and Mazda requireWe understand the frustration of the customer however any repair work would have been at the least reviewed by us before work beganTo have us believe that it needed all the components that were replaced is a unrealistic request and to ask after work was done by a unknown second party simply on their want is not enough.based on these issues we are going to decline assisting with repair bill
