Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:1)The claim for the stand was filed months ago and there should be a penalty for not paying on time.2) The technician did not say that the reason for the problem is "wear and tear"He simply stated what he saw and said that the control system is discontinued and therefore cannot be replaced
Sincerely,

first part of the last nameand with just the 2'0 part of the last name and do not show either name. If the customer's husband, who is the military member, has a different last name, then we would have it registered under his name.Customer needs to advise this information. We will also need to know what the pickup date was andlocation in Washington State. We have not been contacted by the customer, or anyone else involved in this shipment. I do notknow who the customer has been communicating with. This shipment moved with the military as a DPM shipment. This Is a contract with the military base andthe local agency. The verbiage in the DPM contract states that the delivering contractor is responsiblefor handling the claim. The delivering contractor for this move should be assisting with this claim. If the customer has not had cooperation with the delivering contractor who delivered the shipment inVirginia (it is unknown as to who the delivering contractor is on this shipment) and who took the moldyitems back with them, then she should go to the local military transportation office and requestassistance with the claim. You can email any responses that you receive from this customer to my email at [redacted]@lincmove.com.Thank you for your time and assistance regarding this complaint.Sincerely,Lincoln Moving & StorageKaren N[redacted]Senior Claims Specialist
