Review: Ordered parts on 1-**-14 and have not received them yet. I have called 5-6 times,each time got excuses on why they have not received my parts and they keep telling me I must speak to [redacted] because she is the mgr and placed the order for me. [redacted] doesn't get back to me and I'm getting frustrated.Desired Settlement: I want the parts I paid for delivered to me immediately
