Your shop took the encoder off to begin withThey were instucked to see about the to wheel drive button inside the cab..if the truck was broke down when you got it, why did you take the encoder off ? if it was already broke you wouldnt have been able to take other garage, and the encoder was sitting on the front seatOf the truck You wouldnt haven given me a credit unless you thought *** had fault.

THIS is not the first time we have had issues with this customer ,I gave in once and gave her a credit trying to keep here satisfied, even tho it wasn't our fault,my service dept explained what was going  on with the transfure case to her and that it needed to be rep[laced she was going to have...

it done later in the month thats why we didnt do any new parts utill the problem was taking care of .she even apologized for the way she accused us of a year ago.she told us to take it over to the other garage even after she was told about the issue ,the transfure was bad when she brought it to us and I feel she already new that but I wont be the fall guy this time.thanks bill
