I have been threatened by the property manager Steve waring me because of 3 incidents dealing with residents who 1) park on a floor they don't life on, 2) can use profanity and it is acceptable to him. Then we have a person who walks at noon on the floor and decides that I need to put my dog on a leash when coming off the elevator and he runs on the floor harming no one. She does not pay my rent but she can tell wht to do . 3) we have a guy who goes and attacks the dog groomer using profanity and scaring her that she was compelled to call her boss asking for help. This was because amazon van was blocking. his ability to go through when there are other ways to enter the property. Never once does Steve step out of his office or if he does, looks at you to greet you. He makes decisions behind his desk and listen's to only one side of the story. I have left a VM with the Property in the hopes I will be contacted. I do not like to threatened that he will need to take legal action since their is no violation, it is hearsay and one side of a story.

December 22, 2015I just received this letter regarding complaint #[redacted].I have checked on this issue and the customer has been fully refunded and their benefit plan was fully reinstated for them to use elsewhere.We regret that this issue occurred, but we rectified the issue as fast as the system...

Worst Experience Ever...It's a shame when the maintenance staff have better ratings then the leasing agents and management. Dont Move Here... Their only concern is a pay check and to Uber drive potential tenant victims around in a golf cart... Submitted a work/order in which the kitchen Island had nails sticking from the outside of the edge of the island...Work Order submitted in Nov... Order was completed on 2/6. Lets keep in mind the Maint staff is 10 times better than office... And Oh yea... this was after my APARTMENT WAS BROKEN INTO after going to the office and requesting to end my lease, approximately two months after moving in of course they laughed and stated "60 day notice and pay an early termination fee. Nice and very Classy... Save yourself some time and money one Vegas Pool is not worth the lack professionalism and leasing agents that send their calls to the auto attendant unless your a potential new tenant... **BE AWARE** Dog Poop Piss and Poop Disposal there arent enough green poop bags to shield the horrible smell in the courtyard circus pit... Review: my wife and I have filed RECP electricity waivers with Lincoln military housing on board camp Pendleton. we start the process started Oct 2015. after being given wrong information by efmp office in san diego ca. we filed with efmp office in Dec 2015. The individual who has the right now is Mr. [redacted] he says he got application on 12 jan. My wife and I have contacted him by phone and email to find a status and he cannot give one or willing to give one. I have filed complaint with main housing office on camp Pendleton about the process and Mr [redacted]. I simply asking who a decision to be made!!!!Desired Settlement: they have sat on this long enough. make a decision. when I have spoke to main housing office, the lady on the phone stated she never seen one take this long.

Review: I moved out of military housing Bayview housing development a while the ago after living there for 5 years due to security and lot of issues with the area and management, during my move out inspection I had a lot of issues with Bayview hills management. when I did my moveout inspection I want there with the gentleman and did the inspection I fixed a lot of issues he had when we did the moveout inspection and I agreed to pay for the damages that needed to be fixed. I got a letter in the mail stating that I had to pay more money and I don't agree with this I lived in this housing for 5 years.

myself and housing agreed on the following.

house clean $250

3 doors $225

3 blinds $85 even thought shouldn't have because they were really old

painting $390 should have been covered because lived there 5 years

I was charged these fees after fact of what myself and bayview agreed on

1. tv dish $75 I returned all of this to dish that had to have been someone elses stuff left in bushes not part of property I wish living in sorry not responsible for it.

2. $460 hole in laundry counter top. this was a whole that was there since I moved it so you could plug something into the outlet which was suppose to be there. and the top was made of particle board a really cheap material. and doesn't cost $460 to patch up a small hole in a wooden board.

3. $250 bathtub repair due to rust areas. the tub was old and we had numerous complaints to get that fixed with no action ever done. its not my fault the tube is old and needed to be replaced.

I need this to get resolved soon or I am going to file a small claims suit against military housing I agreed to pay for way more than I should have living in this place for 5 years and this is absurd to go behind my bank and add fees that are bogus.

Move-in date 6/14/2011 and move-out 10/17/2014 although he paid rent through 11/9/2014.Contact dates to discuss the damages that were found after the move-out inspection:12/9/14 Move-out letter1/16/15 Voice mail from Assistant Manager2/11/15 Voice mail from Assistant Manager3/04/15 Voice mail from Regional Property Manager3/10/15 Voice mail from Regional Property Manager Agreement to adjust some of the charges3/31/15 No payment received4/2/2015 File sent to collectionsThe normal procedure is to do a walk with the resident when the home is empty. In this case, there were still items in the house but the resident gave short notice & was leaving that same day. There was conveniently a box sitting on the laundry room counter covering the significant hole. The stains in the bathtub were noticed but thought to be cleanable dirt. When the rust could not be cleaned, a resurfacing of the tub was necessary.We have done everything possible to accommodate this resident including coming to a verbal agreement of the amount owed. The resident still owes $320 that has not been received as of 8/4/15
