Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It does not address the actual complaint about two [redacted] s relaxing and enforcing polices upon their own discrimination(1) As for the Policy: When a 'New Resident' signs up for a lease during a 'low occupancy promotional event' they might end up paying a lower price than existing neighbors for the same floor plan However this is for 'NEW RESIDENTS' only(2) Out of Policy/Improper Management: The neighbors I mention in the complaint are not "New Residents" but existing residents who moved to another UNIT within the property and paying substantially lesser (30-40% less) because the [redacted] and the [redacted] decided so! We are currently on our 6th lease living here for almost years and every time our lease ended I made sure to check with them for promotions and I was always read the 'policy on book' (3) [redacted] & [redacted] are the only two employees who have not been transferred/rotated to other lincoln properties in a long long timeAlmost all the staff have left or transferred to other properties with the exception of one front [redacted] lady who works over the weekends Having retained this managerial position at park for so long, only turned them more adamant and take decisions as they wish and excuse them for exceptions when asked(4) Targeting Residents who QuestionFor all the years we've been living here our rent goes directly from the bank to them on every 1st thus never leaving a balance to pay But the moment we asked [redacted] on why the so called 'Exceptional existing residents' were paying 30% lesser for an UPGRADED, Same floor plan, she lied on the face saying they had a promotionPROMOTION for an existing resident!!! and then a notice for $ and an eviction notice in a week? WOW!! In fact, its not untrue to say [redacted] & [redacted] are the Corporate and any decision they claim came from corporate are in fact their decisions This is the reason I approach Revdex.com and not their corporate [redacted] to let know how this so called 'Luxury apartment's managers are Regards, [redacted]

We have already been in contact a Mr. [redacted] yesterday and advised a replacement check has already been authorized and being processed by our accounting team.
