The last time I received a message from you was in late April. I have heard from the company stating that they are going to investigate into this matter but I have not heard from them in over a month now. I would like to reopen my complaint and find out why it is taking a very long time for them to investigate this matter and send my refund in the amount of $688. The last time I spoke with them, they had said that they have no record of every receiving a payment from me in cash but have the checks I sent them on file. Please respond back to me so that we can move on with this matter.

I would however like to ask that the Revdex.com stay involved as a middle and neutral communicator between myself and Lincoln Publications LLC. My reason for this request is simply that the said company has not as of yet stated that they will refund the entire amount charged from my account. At this moment I feel that this issue is not yet resolved.I Thank You for your time
