Staff Member: Response: Just received the letter from Revdex.com today concerning the Warranty parts for the customers pop-up We do apologize for the inconvenience, we had been without a warranty clerk for several weeks and the Ro . has been sitting in a stack to be addressed. I have confirmed that the parts have been ordered and are expecting them in between 3-5 days I have talked with the technician that looked at the unit,he is not aware of any patch we have screen in stock ,and would normally just put a new screen in ,it takes about 10 min. I have also check with our receptionist for mess. to Myself or Mr. Stinnett and was unable to find any. I will be calling the customer personally to get them taken care of.
