Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In Louisiana your allowed a 1 time break for busted lines etc. I don't think Mississippi rules should be any different. Also I had a case to where I ran my water for 4 days filling up my pool with 58,000 gallons of water They sent out the parish to my home to see if I had a leak while filling pool. I find it hard to believe that a lincoln rural representative didn't know about a shortage in low pressure especailly after winter temps. I would be open to pay half of the 416.00 not up front but adding monthly to existing bill until paid. Regards, [redacted] ***

THE ASSOCIATION HAS A TIME ADJUSTMENT OF HALF OF THE HIGHEST BILLTHE ASSOCIATION HAS OFFER THE TIME ADJUSTMENT OF HALF OF THE BILL AND TO SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN TO PAY THE BILLTHIS POLICY HAS ALWAYS HELPED OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THEY OR THANKFUL FOR LICOLN RURAL WATER WORKING WITH THEM TO PAY THEIR BILLIF YOU DON'T LIVE THERE ALL THE TIME I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TURN YOUR METER OFF WHEN YOU AREN'T GOING TO BE THERE TO PREVNT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN
