I am unable to reach anyone at the business with the contact information provided. I've received no responses after multiple attempts.Purchase was made for Ani difranco concert on January 23rd 2016. The show was cancelled due to inclement weather and correspondence was sent through Etix informing customer that it has been cancelled. I called Lincoln theater the next day to ask about a refund as I was unable to make the rescheduled show date and was not able to reach anyone after multiple attempts. An automated voicemail was available on Monday informing customer to call Etix for a refund. Etix responded stating that I should have called prior to the date of the show (which doesn't make sense, as no refund direction was provided at that time). They directed me to Lincoln theater website to submit a request for an exception. I received no response after 20+ phone calls, few voicemails, and emails. This strikes me as a scam. I was not directed where to get a refund and I contacted the theater right away after the cancellation notice. I need a refund to be honored because of the terrible customer service and business practice as it relates to cabe rolling and profiting from cancelled shows. Please contact me for an order # information.Desired SettlementRefund of about $80Business Response This is resolved, [redacted] was not the actual ticket purchaser. Her partner was. Hence we had no record of the purchase. We emailed all ticket buyers regarding the weather reschedule and process. We finally spoke with [redacted] and got the correct purchase name and promptly refunded
The tickets were never mailed and we can not get a refund. We ordered tickets to see a concert on May 12th at the Lincoln Theatre and we ordered them a month in advance. After not receiving the tickets at all and checking our bank statements, we assumed there was a problem with the online order from [redacted] and we did not get charged with the tickets. After missing the concert, we realized we actually WERE charged on my credit card for the tickets and we were refused a refund for the money even though we never received any tickets and are not returning our calls.Desired SettlementI want the $56.25 refunded in full to me for the 3 tickets and extra charges to have it mailed.
