We have shopped at Trader Joes for over years and within the last month we had two seperate food quality issuesWe purchased a pre-packaged bag of sweet potatoes and when we went to use them that evening the middle of the bag had mold and was rottingThe entire bag was no goodSecondly, we purchased a can of Fired Roasted Diced Green Tomatoes and we literally found a peice of BEETLE in the can of foodDisgustingAfter contacting their customer service, I felt no issue was resolvedShe never fully apologized for the "beetle chiles" and seemed to not really find it that bothersomeI find it bothersome when I'm feeding my two young daughters food that was purchased from this store!

Great store but same thing every time you go in There's not much change in products I enjoy Trader Joes because they're slightly cheaper than the competing grocery stores Generally I have decent customer service Stores are always packed Depending upon the area depends upon the customer service and how the customers treat each other In the Bellevue WA are customers are hoity toity and constantly darting in front of you with no concern about where you're going The customers are ruder than the employees The same with the Issaquah WA areaMost grocery stores tend to rotate merchandise in and out but not here It's the same thing literally every time you go shopping Several Trader Joe's brands but very little if at all other brandsQuality is hit or miss Generally good Now and then I'll get a product that's old and freezer burned or expiredThe nice thing about no sales is that the clientele can not complain about price differences and be incredibly rude about it
