I had one of the most horrible and deceitful experiences at this place of businessThe staff truly do not know what they are doingIt is a three ring circus over thereUnfortunately, I was taken advantage ofI had come from another salon, who had made promises on every level, where I, unknowingly was sold a hair unit that was disgracefulIt was horrible quality of hair, always dry and tangling and a total messI came to this salon, grief stricken in that I was scammedI spent alot of money and did not realize what was what until I met the owner here and she told me it was indeed very bad hairIn a very upset manner, I trusted her when she told me that she will order me a new great hair unit, with european hair, a french silk lace base, custom fit from a mold that her employee had made, and that it would be poker straight with no wave at allSadly to say, the unit that I received was none of the aboveShe had also convinced me to order a switch out unitI truly could not believe that it was even possible to go through this once againIt is heartless and beyond upsettingI mean who at even wants to have to wear a hair unit?!
