Mr [redacted] purchased hi vehicle on 08/24/The first time Mr [redacted] defaulted on his contract was on 12/06/and we had to recover the vehicle At which time, AL, the General Manager, informed Mr [redacted] that he must not go into default again It was explained that if he defaults, Red Mountain Funding may accelerate his contract.On 03/02/17, Mr [redacted] vehicle was picked up for non-payment His account went into default on 01/22/17.Mr [redacted] has been given an opportunity to bring the account current.Mr [redacted] wants to pay only what he wants and not what needs to be paid.We welcome Mr [redacted] to pay current and to continue doing business with him

We purchased the contract from *** *** in October on a Ford F-150. The balance on the credit report is the outstanding balance still owed to Red Mountain Funding. If Ms *** feels the amount is incorrect, she can contact our office and speak to the manager and try to resolve
this issue

We are sorry that Ms [redacted] was laid off, but per her Motor vehicle Contract, she is required to keep Full-Coverage Insurance on the vehicle at all time.Forced-Placed Coverage is the only way a finance company can protect their collateral if the insurance is expired or cancelled.The cost of these...

It does not show as a write off. I am unable to get a car because of this. In fact it shows I have a car and I do not have a car. Thats what a dealer told me Saturday, oe who apparently knows the owner. You guys did that loan under false pretenses, I am contacting an attorney

This is a balance that is still owed on a purchase made in Mesa, AZ.The account should show as a Write-off and we no longer have an interest in pursuing balance.
