For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am amazed at the response because I gave them my Google voice phone number so if they called it would show up in my phone as well as in my email with a written transcript. I was the one that made the numerous contacts to get scheduled for an appointment because of the referral I received for her from my YWCA Leadership class presenter. Linda spoke of her struggle with her dad's death as the reason for "her" not contacting me in a more timely fashion. The professionals in the salon told me of her health issues never Linda nor Amanda. When I spoke with Amanda after sitting for my appointment for 20 minutes, she could not even provide me with the phone number she said she called the day before. Linda is not the only person in the salon and how dare she state she would not want to see me in the salon. She would not even know me and she will not poison my attitude toward the professionals there. How unethical of her. They both know the truth of their actions and these incidents. Not much of what they stated was accurate. Shame on them!!!! Regards, [redacted]
