have circled the phone numbersWith due respect, I chose not to include the screenshots that include his phone number on the websites where people have written complaints about his companyThe first screenshot, taken TODAY, is from *** *** own current YouTube channel, "SingerOnline," in which he has posted a video as recently as months ago - about a month before I ordered the part from himIf the phone number is incorrect then maybe he should update it and not blame a customer? I only tried calling that number because I could not get past the number to speak with someone - as I wrote in my original complaint to Revdex.com. Contrary to *** *** assertion, I did in fact attempt to follow up as stated in my complaintIt is true I did not email *** ***Honestly, I didn't even think about itBecause my first contact with *** *** was by phone, I believed calling again would be the quickest way to get instructions on how to return it to him and receive a refundThe bobbin case sits on my kitchen table waiting instructions on sending it back. So, *** ***, do you send me an a return label? If not, do you provide me with a return code to put on the envelope that I send it back to youWhat address would you like it sent to? It will be sent dropped of at the post office certified mail the day you respondIf the post office is closed when I receive your email, I will send it the next dayThank you for refunding my purchase.Regards,*** ***Hi ***~I went back to look at the original complaint I filed with the Revdex.com and I see that I miss typed the area code for *** *** phone number in my original complaintI typed *** - it should have been ***That would rightfully explain why he stated below that the phone number was not hisThe fact remains that I called HIS phone number - the one stated on the screenshots - back in December (***) - and left a message on his voice mail for him to call me, after I had attempted to contact them through the numberAs I have previously stated, I never received a return call. Linda & Ray's Sewing Machine Service has come thru to my rescue or help several times over the past years Their guidance, and parts avail have never failed me with either my 50+yr old machine nor my mom's 70+yr old machine Pricing is also very fair and quality is at least the same or better than what you will find after hunting everywhere else for what you are looking for I go to Ray first now and if he doesn't have it or can't get it then I'd quit looking!!!
