Please be advised Wilmington University has been in communication with Mr.*** *** and he has resolved all fiscal responsibility with this institutionHe has also stated he will not be returning to WU.Mr***'s desired settlement cannot be achieved as WU is unable to refund all monies for
courses completed by him nor can academic records be changed if individual is not satisfied with grades earned
*** I just wanted to let you know that I reached out to Ms*** and resolved her financial complaint with the university. She is in agreement with the resolution and knows the process going forward Thanks

I wanted to let you know that we resolved the complaint made by *** *** has been resolved. We do not issue Financial aid refunds until weeks after the semester starts. This is standard practice for our school and we are operating under federal guidelines in doing so
