I placed my online order November , 2019 and was informed I will receive my order within 3-5 business days. I received my order December , 2019, a month later. I emailed and called the company no response. I returned the order and was informed on January *, 2020, my return shipment was received by the company and I will receive my refund. I have yet to receive my refund. I paid $53.76 for this order and I want my refund.

Customer *** return was not received until December *** and was in process with the returns department. As per our return policy, refunds are processed up to 4 weeks of receipt at our facility. When we were then going to process the refund for the return we were not able to through our system as the customer already filed a chargeback through her credit card company. We also have no email correspondence from this customer. Please close this complaint. There was no ill doing on the companies behalf.

I never received my refund at all from the company. They are playing games. I called my credit card company to dispute the transaction but never sent the paper in. My credit card company advised me that they wasn't going to give me my money and go after the company instead. The linda's online company owe me my money. They received the return months ago and they need to give me my refund.

The chargeback for customer *** was opened by her financial institution on January *** and Shopify had entered evidence for the chargeback on the company behalf on January *** The amount of the order plus the chargeback fee was removed from our account on January ***. Because of the chargeback, we were unable to process any refunds on the customers order once the return was finished being processed after the chargeback was open due to the funds already being refunded. We unfortunately do not have any further information in regards to this refund and the customer must contact their financial institution. I have attached screenshots of all items mentioned above.

This company charged for an expedited delivery fee for First Class Mail. The order was made over a week ago and no correspondence was made on shipping. When emailed, the company replied that they were having issues and order was now delayed another two weeks. Emailed request for refund including amount paid for expedited shipping which obviously was not done and have not received further correspondence.

Customer emailed and requested the order to be canceled and refunded on January ***. Refund was processed to VISA on file ending in *** on January ***. Transaction ID for this refund is *** Please close this complaint as no ill doing was done by the company. Customer requested to cancel and hat was honored. for further information on the refund, customer needs to contact financial institution directly.

I ordered a bra after my daughter got hers and said how nice they were and it took them like 3 weeks to even get the bra READY for shipping and NOW it is sitting in a *** facility for the last 4 DAYS. And when I contacted THE BRA LADY about how long this was taking I got a measley 3.90 refund.....not a happy camper at all

Hi ***,
We do and did apologize for the initial delay with receiving your item from the vendor. Because of that delay we offered you a 10% ($3.90) discount to your order and began processing for shipping once received.
The shipping delay was due to receiving a shipping address error which we then cleared up after emailing with you on June 6th. We unfortunately cannot control any holding times *** has with parcels once they leave our facility, their system is a bit outdated and does sometimes take several days to update. Thanks so much for your understanding.

This company sells poorly made products made out of harmful materials, and do not offer any type of customer service to rectify problems with the items they sell. A bra I ordered through this company caused me a burning, painful rash that required hundreds of dollars of medical treatment to cure. The nurse practitioner I saw verified that the seams on the bra caused the rash, because it was not present on areas covered by the bra cups that did not have seams. I of course washed the garment before wearing it. I have never experienced an allergy to anything in my entire life. The rash after one day of wear was literally in the exact shape of the seams of the bra. My skin is peeling off in sheets now after treatment. I contacted the company about the issue to see if I could exchange it for a different item and they said that it was my problem for not looking at the fabric content before purchasing. Again, I have never had an allergy to anything in my entire life, so the fabric content is a non-issue. I danced professionally for over twenty years and wore thousands of costumes made out of every type of fabric and elastic I can think of and have never once developed a rash. I caution everyone to think twice about ordering from this business that obviously does not care about integrity of their products nor the health of their customers.
