This complaint is without meritOur facility is very clean and what we have is a customers whose dogs didn't do well here and shes madHer dogs were kicked out of Camp because of their unsocial behaviorWe had tried to make it work but it
was a lost cause
Our facility is properly staffed per Dog Daycare guidelines and our staff is thoroughly trained in daycare proceduresOur new hires don't touch a dog until they go thru a part learning CD
I guess its like your kid getting kicked out of Montessori schoolNot all fit

Linda's Camp K-9: Our dogs were not kicked out of daycareLinda's is making this seem like we are mad because we were "kicked out." We left willingly because the only option they offered us was a muzzle for our dog and because they didn't recognize a giant wound on our dog needed immediate treatmentThat's not called "working with your customers." Our dogs are at a new daycare facility and doing fabulous because there are FAR LESS dogsI guess Linda's is like being at a concert where the stimuli is too intense for some dogsIt doesn't work for every dog, which is perfectly fineLike we've said...daycare is a luxury for them, not a MUST HAVEIt's unfortunate that our dog got bit there and didn't get immediate vet attentionHopefully they learn from that mistake and stop arguing with their customers and actually take constructive criticism! Just shows their true colorsThis wasn't intended as an attack (as they see it) it was intended to help them learn from their mistakes and better their businessThey will never apologize and they will never act like they careIf they cared about their dogs they would have checked in on our dogGood luck with your business and your business style of "arguing" with your customers! A simple apology could get you much further in lifeTry it sometime!! Word of mouth travels far
