I paid when cabinets were delivered, lived to regret itMy installers were what I call frick & frack,, had to call my salesman as to when were they going to return to complete jobhad to remind installers as to what I had contracted & paid to be installedGlass for doors were cut wrong so they said, I think they sent wrong measurementsIn short it was a nightmareI recommend you hold off on final payment till job is completed to your satisfaction and write that into your contract
I cant honestly recommend Kitchenland USA to my worse enemyI have paid to have my under cabinet compactor installed properly as installers did it there way (and wrong)I paid to have packing and other debris removed which they should have doneI even spoke with the owner with no results
