I have had Quality Ceilings do several jobs over the past few years with excellent results The last job was to build and finish two skylight tunnels They did a very good job I would definitely recommend them for any job involving drywall
We hired Quality Ceiling company to refinish ceilings in the upstairs portion of our home The crew promptly showed up at a requested time, taped everything off, completed the job in one day and left the house in immaculate shape We left for the day, so they were left unsupervised and did an amazing job This was not the first time I left a contractor at my house, but it was the first time that everything went smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised I will be hiring Quality Ceiling company again to finish the ceilings on the first floor Thank you, Anthony and the crew for taking care of my home like it was your own Great company, awesome people and it was a real pleasure doing business with them

In reality, in my case, they removed the popcorn ceiling but also damaged my walls by tearing not only the paint but the textured drywall down about 1-5" the wallsI have photos to prove itWe hired them to do ceilingsThe first day, they worked on ceilingsThe next day, we asked them to the work because of so much yellowing and bleed throughThey didThen they did the third ceilingThey assured me the last ceiling (which was, unfortunately not quite dry yet when I paid in full) would not need a second coat of paintWell, by the next day, it became clear that yes, it would need another coat
When I called back to tell him, he told me to just hire my wall painters to repair their work and to finish the jobHe said he'd pay me backWhen I told him the price of the job, he refused to pay anything! There were SO MANY THINGS THAT WERE DAMAGED while they were working here (scratched teak-wood staircase, texture goo on the ceiling fans, light fixtures, and a/c vents, and ruined drywall) There was NO WAY we wanted them back in our houseWe ended up hiring someone else to fix and finish the job they promised to do
I hope others will carefully read all the other negative reports here on Revdex.comI wish I'd paid more attention to customer complaints and less on the B- scoreI also hope the Revdex.com will lower the rating from a B- to D or F!
