*** Re: replying to complaint ID #*** *** *** (received letter from dated 7/**/but I received letter last week of July) I am sending this written correspondence since finally be able to contact *** *** and conducted to send detail via email*** the customer (she) tried on dresses in the store and purchased dresses on 6/**/total of $She came back to the store on 6/**/ A TEMPO store policy is No refunds Merchandise accepted for exchange or store credit only within days of purchase with the original store receiptMerchandise must be unworn and in resalable conditionWe offer jewelry free repair until a month from the date of the purchaseStore credits are good for year from date of issue. SALE ITEMS and SPECIAL ORDERS are FINAL SALES When she came to exchange of dress she aware of store policyI checked as usual to see that is resalable condition and found out white stains on navy dressInstead of rejecting exchange I asked part of dress dry cleaning $from her and we paid rest $since can't resell in that condition and did not sell her in that condition The reason she has $miscellaneous items on the receipt is she mentioned that she did not want to come back to the store and don’t want to take any item else besides one exchange item -That day was hot and our air conditional was under repair she said too hot to stay in the store want to leave as soon as possible-To process checking out in POS system transaction I had to input remaining balance as miscellaneous item since she does not want to come back to the store-Still right after she leave I input $under her name as our store policy stated exchange or store credit 7/**/She processed charge back on our merchant service credit card account and withdrawn $Now She has $worth of merchandise, store credit and $ This is first time we are experiencing complaint from the customer through the Revdex.comPlease advise about this matterMy contact information includedThank you for your time Please let me know direct fax number if you want me to send you dry cleaner receipt, sales receipt, refund receipt (including store credit indicated on same day I input) and charge back dispute notification
