I am rejecting this response because: the statement provided to the Revdex.com by the business was nicely written, but no credit has actually been issued to date, and the business has not demonstrated any intention to issue a credit.

However, I received notification asking whether I wish to accept credit from MonoRover for $518.00 and the item will be shipped out to me on Monday. To clarify, is the business repairing the item, refunding me or both?  I would like to know so I can order my son a new hoverboard elsewhere since, up to now,  he still has not received his Christmas present.

Thank you for providing your order number.  US customs has stopped some shipments during that time period.  We would be more than happy to provide you the $200 dollar refund if you are still interested in waiting for the product.  We will understand if you need to cancel all together.  In that case please advise us how we can make this right.  This has been a very difficult time for us and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate US customs and international shipping.  Please advise us on how you wish to proceed.
