This is the response for the complaint ID ***On August 3, customer came to Linde's Bridal and was measured for a *** *** bridesmaid dress forfriend's wedding on 9-2-We had two consultants measure her for accuracyThe consultants then compared measurements to designer *** *** size chartOn that day customer measured at a size due to largest measurement which was her waistThe customer told the consultants she could be pregnant, therefore wanted to make sure dress would fit her due to pregnancyThe consultants always recommend two size up to give her room at the waist due to pregnancyThe sizes for *** *** are as followes: 20, etcSince she measured a size that day the consultants recommended the size This would give her more inches at waistUnfortunately as consultants we have no idea how the bridesmaid's body is going to change during pregnancy and afterwardsCustomer agreed to size She told the consultants she would call before dresses were ordered if she wanted a different size. On October 6, the order was placed for the bridesmaid dressesTwo months had gone by and customer never called to change sizeThe bride was called 10-6-confirming dresses were orderedThe delivery date was 1-20-The customer waited months after dresses came in to complainOur sales receipt that she received states all sales are finalNo refunds, No exchangesNo returnsWe followed store policy, therefore no refund is dueWe are sorry for any unexpected circumstances in her life and only wish her the best.Regards,Linde's Bridal*** *** ***
