Linden Auto Body

Review: I had work done on my car in April of 2006; the repair that was done is now falling apart. I called and spoke to [redacted] and he told me that the pictures I sent to him were hard to see and I would have to bring the car in so he can physically see for himself. I told him that my present mechanic advised me that I should not drive the vehicle because the conditions are dangerous and I asked if there was a way for my car to be towed to the shop because I cannot drive it, he said he can tow it but who is going to pay the tow. [redacted] also told me from the pictures; it looks drivable even after telling him my mechanic advised me that its not a good idea to drive the car. The damage to the car is from their repairs that Linden Auto Body Shop and I do not understand why I have to pay for the tow considering I have a Lifetime Warranty. If I drive the vehicle the axle could possibly come apart and that would be a bad accident and I dont want that to happen, I just want my warranty to be honored.Desired Settlement: If Linden Auto body Shop will not replace it they should refund the total damages from the original repairs.
