The service we received from the on site manager was terrible. She was very unprofessional and rude. It started with a letter from the on site manager, [redacted] stating that I had 3 days to resolve the complaint. When I went to resolve the complaint I was unfairly evicted. [redacted] stated that she was tired of me and that I had to go. I had no idea what she was talking about. She informed me that I had two weeks to move. This was shocking and her attitude was even more shocking. I am 76 years old and I felt totally disrespected because she treated me as if I were a child. I pay rent on time every month therefore she is not giving me anything free. Her attitude was very unprofessional and nothing could get resolved because she was soooo angry. I have complained to the management company that controls them and I have not received any response. I was very hurt, degraded, and confused by [redacted] treatment of me.Desired SettlementI want to make sure this treatment does not happen to another elderly person.
