Review: I bought my fiance 2006 [redacted] to their shop in February 2015,cause I was having trouble changing gears, they said they had to bring down transmission, I called [redacted] insurance company adjuster to see if they would cover deductible 500 dollars, cause I had accident rear ended by tractor trailer in September 2012, the adjuster came down to shop and said it has nothing to do with prior accident, so I said fine, Micky their secretary whom I have been speaking to since day one said I must come down to sign a paper stating they can bring transmission down, I did and then she kept saying it has transmission problem I must pay 2500 dollars which I gave her 500 dollars then in may gave them 1,000 dollars totaling 1,500, I then owed them 1,000, I keep calling her constantly, I need my car, she says he's looking for a part, you have to wait!! I say how long???? She says I will call you!!!They just kept giving me run around!! Boss Mathew is not here, he's on vacation, then he broke his leg, then she's too busy will call you back!!! Then finally my fiance [redacted] receives letter from [redacted] dealer services that July 31 2015,the repair shop called and repossessed the vehicle because repair shop said we have left their!! A huge lie!!! He never repaired car the repo dept picked up car and paid him 2,738 dollars!!! They said car is not drive able because he never fixed anything,I even think they never brought transmission down!!! Please help me, I lost vehicle which I paid 10,000 dollars and plus every month paying [redacted] 370 dollars!!! Very upset!!!! My fiance financed car thru [redacted] dealer services, but its my car, I pay all car notes!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Please help me get my money back!!! This repair shop owner is a crook!!!!

Review: On February 18, 2015 my automobile was towed to this establishment due to a knocking sound in my transmission. On several occasions I was told that my car would be ready for pick up. On February 23, 2015 I was told to come pick my vehicle up in the morning. I called back to see what time I can pick my vehicle up and she told me they were out to lunch. On February 24, 2015 I was told my vehicle would be ready in the afternoon. On February 25, 2015 I was told the mechanic would be working overtime to repair my vehicle and I can come pick up my vehicle this evening when I receive a call. Once I pick up my vehicle the contract would be there for me to sign and I was instructed to give them $200.00. On numerous occasions I am told either the mechanic is at lunch or an additional part needs to be ordered. This is rather irritating and confusing and they have had my vehicle for approximately a week. Every time I contact them about my vehicle, there is always an excuse. What is puzzling to me is they do not mind taking my money. Can you please assist me in this matter.Please advise.Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle to be fixed and returned to me at a reasonable timeframe.
