I was thrilled with Linden-Marshall. I had been given their name by a trusted colleague; from the initial visit to the final touch-up, every member of the team -- Dennis, Chris, the two workmen, and the two women at the office -- were professional. I want to particularly commend the two men who worked in my tiny dining area for seven days: they removed wallpaper and old molding, repaired the walls, skim-coated and painted, and always left the area tidy. They installed and maintained zipped plastic "doors" to protect the rooms adjacent to the area, and every morning put down paper between the front door and the service elevator. I could not have been happier in any way; I would highly recommend Linden-Marshall Contracting, and am surprised they are not accredited by the Revdex.com. Work was done in December of 2015.

Doing a bathroom alteration in my apartment was made easy by working with Linden Marshall. Their estimates were accurate, the workers were reliable and responsible, and the finished bathroom was finely done. I would definitely recommend Linden Marshall and would certainly use them again for other remodeling projects.
