I paid *** the day of surgery (2/05/2020), after insurance paid it was an overpayment of *** I have called several times speaking with ***, and *** and still no refund. Every time is the same excuse...... " In Process". I even had the Dr. office call them! The Dr. office was told the refund was processed and sent out. NOPE still no refund.
