This was a clerical error.  The sales consultant [redacted] R[redacted], and the Finance Manager were unaware that there were any issues with the submitted check request in the amount of $135.25.  Funds in the amount of $135.25 were allocated into a payable account, however the physical check was...

never cut.  As a solution, we are cutting [redacted] a check today in the amount of $185.25, which was sent out [redacted] with tracking number [redacted].  We have added $50 to the check, due to the inconvenience that [redacted] had to endure.

We apologize for any misunderstanding but no refund is due for this transaction.  Original lease was to expire on 10/21/2013 and buyout amount would be an accurate amount if purchased at that time from VW credit directly.  This lease was purchased more than 4 months prior to the lease...

Review: In October 2010 I leased 2011 VW Jetta Wagen with a purchase option of $13,766.75 when I purchased the vehicle in July 2013 the vehicle was sold at $16,185 plus tax and gap insurance. While going over paperwork realized that the dealer had charged $2,418.25 more than the buy out price stipulated on the lease contract. Causing me to pay 7 additional monthly payments for the car plus 4.89% monthly interest.Desired Settlement: Request a refund for the incorrect amount that the vehicle was sold for ($2,418.25) plus the monthly interest of 4.89% a month ($53.44/month x 7) that I have to pay to the bank for their error. The total reimbursement owed by VW is $2,792.33.
