Lindo Mexico Taqueria

This has by far been the worst service I have received in a very long time. I ultimately feel played. For starters, I come to this restaurant quite often. They are a little pricey but I enjoy their food. I am from San Antonio, so it tends to remind me of home.
On previous visit, I have came to Lindo’s just to get the following items: cheese, lettuce, and little salsa containers to go with my homemade tacos. When I do, I am charged no more than $6 and this is including a lemonade. Today, my boyfriend went for the same items minus the drink and paid a total of $11.34. With that in mind, I have no issue respecting the prices of a business but when the drastically increases like that, I would like at the very least an explanation. So I respectfully called and asked them to lay out to me the price of every item purchased, which was lettuce, cheese, grilled onions, and salsa. The woman I spoke to spoke to called one of her coworkers over and began speaking Spanish, laying out what I wanted to know, not knowing that I understand Spanish fluently. They both began to laugh like the situation was comical. I felt like she took me for a complete joke. So from what she explained, the prices ranged from $2.99-$4.99. As said before, I have no issue respecting the prices of a business, especially one that I visit often, but in situations like that, I feel as if, even if it is not anything offered for the mistake, a simple apology goes a long way. So I explained to her about my previous visit, and this woman told me that whoever checked me out the last time charges me wrong, that those are there prices and that there was nothing that they could do. All while both women continued to laugh like something was funny. I have never felt more disrespected in my life and will never return in my life.
