AND there was a video showing how to replace the part!!!!!! Well the owner didn't realize I over heard his conversation ordering the part and he was told his cost for the part was going to be just short of dollars!!!!! The owner called me Friday and scheduled a appointment to come out and replace the part and we made it the next MondayHe came out and replaced the part and was there a total of a half an hour including the previous day thereHe charged me almost $dollars for a dollar part his cost I could have gotten for dollars!!!!! Didn't even itemize the receipt!!! I know the labor from other appliance repair shops is around $an hour! WOW!!!! I'm in the wrong business!!!!
