The customer bought their
vehicle in to our service department on 2/15/Vehicle had been in an accident with damage to the front endWe do not have a body shop at this location, as such we do not do body repairCustomer wanted us to check for damage to mechanical components in the front end, stating their was a noise coming from the passenger tire.The mechanical issues we found included replacing the sway bar end and bushing, and the hub assemblyThese components were not bent/broken or otherwise damaged as would be indicated from a wreckThese are components that wear out and have to be replaced periodicallyAs the customers vehicle is a model with 164,miles we could not say 100% that the need for these items was from the accidentThe need for replacement could easily be from common wear and tearWe informed the insurance company of this.At no time did we make any comment on the physical damage on the vehicle; to the insurance company or anyoneAgain we do not have a body shop, we are not capable of these repairs.There was no malicious intentThere is no collusion between us and any insurance companies.If you require any further information please let me know.Thanks*** ***

The company will pay for a extended warranty for Ms [redacted] as alifetime customer free of charge for orginal body damage factory restored and mechanical issues of any vehicle she is owner of dealer ship standard and certification will be required on any work performed
