I've come here to repair my car after an auto accidentAfter the repairs I have been back here over times to have the AC looked atIt's works then it always failsNow that it's summer again the AC is again failingIt's works half the time and then randomly stops workingWhen I am driving and humidity dogs up the windshield it become impossible to see and I am unable to drive safelyThis has cause me to almost hit a pedestrian onceI am distressed and no longer know what to do, after having spent countless hours at this shop waiting for repairsOnly to have the unit fail again

The body shop performed repairs on my truck on February 6, They did not complete all repairsThis was discovered when I brought my truck in for an emissions inspection at the *** dealership in ***In the accident my vehicle was hit on both sidesThey only did repairs to the right side and wanted to charge me out of my pocket for the left side 9although the left side was also struck in the accident)There were other damages related to the accident discovered during the emissions inspection as wellI reached out to the body shop several times to check those damages (starting on May 1, 2018)Matt also claimed that he sent them am e-mail to reach out to the insurance company about covering the repairs (May 25, 2018) To this day, I have not heard back from either the body shop or the dealership
