I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

The [redacted] *** Manager, [redacted] ***, spoke with the customerCustomer stated that realizes he has buyers remorse and that the dealership did nothing wrongCustomer stated he wants to bring the vehicle back, however, MrHyatt advised the customer that the dealership does not have a return policy for vehicles

Lindsay Honda continues to mislead and lie. While I did speak with a [redacted] and he did correct the claims made by previous salesman and sales managers, they claim to have beaten a competitor's offer by $500 which is untrue. I have purchased a vehicle elsewhere, where I got a better deal and Lindsay was unable to match or beat. It concerns me that a company with an A+ rating with Revdex.com can continue to manipulate and lie to people.

I wanted t let you know Honda is replacing the parts and covering them.. This case can be resolved after meeting with the Dealership..
