This is my response to the complaint:There are many inaccuracies in the customers account of what happened.The fact remains that the customers wanted and received a water conditioner for the price agreed uponThe customers agreed to everything that was done in their home, and when the solution to
some of these issues were solved, they didn't like the solutionWe offered options to remedy these concerns, but none were acceptable to the customer.We are very reasonable people, but when we are offered no option but to remove the equipment that they wanted, and do the repairs which had been already offered, how is that fair? Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The equipment works as advertised and was never the issue It was the total failure of service that is at the center of this complaint They have yet to offer any evidence whatsoever as to defend their destruction of my home's utility room wall and my wacloset wall They requested based on their need to gain further access to water pipes, and it was conditionally granted with the proviso of it being repaired Their highest offer of repair was $ That dollar figure doesn't come close to covering the correction of the damages when the cost of moving the gas water heater is calculated into the equation; approximately $for the utility room wall, approximately $to disconnect, move, reconnect, and test the water heater which can only be done by a certified plumber, and approximately $for the purchase of an access door for the wacloset wall How does that discrepancy of their $offer in any way shape or form come close to being fair when compared to the expense of $1,to correct their destructive behavior as demonstrated in my home Their offer that was tendered through their legal representatives was not only unacceptable, it was meant and taken as an insult Neither of their offers come close to actual cost to be made whole

I hand delivered the gift card to insure that the customer received it. Im sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: of Lindsay/EcoWater of Spokane's utter failure as a service company.  The fact that they would allow their service installers to conduct business this way and then insult their customers by throwing money at them to make their complaint go away reprehensible. The highest of the amounts offered ($900) falls rather short of any legal remedy to make us whole.  I have collected $2,050 in repair estimates: $650 for the repair of the wall behind the water heater that will take 3 days to allow the drywall mud to cure and the paint to dry, $600 to disconnect and move the water heater out of the way and then back into place, reconnect and test the gas connections three days later, $150 for the door of my choice for inside the walk-in closet, and $500 for a replacement water heater.  This doesn't cover the $300 for hotel accommodations at the nearest hotel to our house the Hampton Inn ($150/night), because without running water the house is legally uninhabitable.  But since their last legal offer of $300, that was tendered through their attorney, was meant and taken as a total insulting slap in the face not only by us but also our legal team.  Additionally, we still demand the removal of the system from our home!Sincerely,[redacted]

We have offered to have the hole in the closet wall repaired to its original condition, as the access panel we provided was not acceptable to the [redacted], as well as the hole behind the water heater, along with the cost of replacing the water heater which had scratches on it which may or may not have been caused by us. This option was reject by the [redacted]. This offer still stands as we value the [redacted] as customers.

After we were made aware of the oversight, a card was sent. This card was not received by the customer, so another was sent to the address provided. This one was not received either. We are going to contact the customer on 8/12/2016 to deliver a card at their convenience.

Im sorry you are having trouble, this will be resolved immediately.
To clear a few things up, when you were called you were told you would receive a voucher for dinner for two at Olive Garden or Red Lobster, not $50.00. The voucher also states on it to please allow 2-6 weeks for processing, as of...

today it has been 21 days since we were at your home. We have not received the voucher you were said you sent in. if we don't receive it, we can't send the card out. When you phoned our office we were unable to find your name in our appointment logs, finally finding a match using your phone number, and a different last name was used on the appointment log.
We are sending a gift card to you today, you should be receiving  it within the next few days.

rejecting this response because: Until I actually have the gift card in my hands, I have no reason to believe this is anything but more empty promises. I have all email records of correspondence between Bob S[redacted] and I, which shows that I gave him the correct address. I have email record of him saying he would send it certified mail, which means it would have to be signed for. We have never had any problems with our mail, but we are to believe 2 cards have already been sent? Today, on facebook, you offered to hand deliver the gift card to us. Well, I am home- all day today and all day tomorrow. Come on by!Sincerely,[redacted]

Im sorry for your frustration. I have no explanation as to why your gift card and soap order has not gone through, but we will take care of it right away.
