Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: (a) I Refuse to accept "I'm sorry" from this 'Business', as remuneration for: This 'Business Disabling or Removing the Instrument Cluster in my vehicle, and then quoting $1,to replace itThis 'Business' stated and quoted in it's Estimate, $to replace the (4) Brand New spark plugs it was Told were replaced immediately prior to arrival for the estimate This 'Business' Refused upon request, to fill out the Customary 'Work Order' upon arrival, noting the vehicle problem I authorized to be diagnosed, and repairs Already Performed This 'Business' Distorting it's verbal and prior clear Agreement to diagnose my vehicle problems and provide it's Estimate at "No Charge", whether repairs were done or notThis Business then taking approximately a month and a half to finally provide it's Estimate, even after I made multiple calls and/or emails concerning it's repeated delaysThis 'Business' Stating my vehicle needed Unnecessary Repairs, which were either performed immediately prior to arrival for it's estimate, and/or Clearly Not NeededThis 'Business' Total Unprofessionalism and Untruthfulness in this matterThis 'Business' Refused to honor it's word and monetary offer to purchase the vehicleThis 'Business' for obvious reasons, Failed to address my NOW Non-Working Instrument Cluster, and; my Demand for $1,for my NOW Needed Instrument Cluster Replacement; due to This 'Business' Deliberate or un-deliberate actions while in it's careThis 'Business' Clearly submitted it's response AFTER "THIS COMPLAINT WAS CLOSED".(b) See Attached Pic of Working Instrument Cluster immediately upon arrival at this 'Business' on 6/24/for a Pre-scheduled Appointment for a "free estimate", as well as the Pic of my Non-working Instrument Cluster immediately upon Leaving this 'Business' location on 8/23/16, almost Two Months Later.(c) See Attached $5,'Free Estimate' finally emailed on 8/11/16, as Further Proof of the Untruthfulness and Unprofessionalism of this 'Business' [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
(a) I Refuse to accept "I'm sorry" from this 'Business', as remuneration for:  1. This 'Business Disabling or Removing the Instrument Cluster in my vehicle, and then quoting $1,400.00 to replace it. 2. This 'Business' stated and quoted in it's Estimate, $325 to replace the (4) Brand New spark plugs it was Told were replaced immediately prior to arrival for the estimate.  3. This 'Business' Refused upon request, to fill out the Customary 'Work Order' upon arrival, noting the vehicle problem I authorized to be diagnosed, and repairs Already Performed.   4. This 'Business' Distorting it's verbal and prior clear Agreement to diagnose my vehicle problems and provide it's Estimate at "No Charge", whether repairs were done or not. 5. This Business then taking approximately a month and a half to finally provide it's Estimate, even after I made multiple calls and/or emails concerning it's repeated delays. 6. I’m sorry the customer feels the way he does. I felt that my service was impeccable, and spent a considerable amount of time to diagnosis the car. When the individual wasn’t happy with the price, and came to pick up the vehicle, I didn’t even charge him for my time spent on the car. I normally only...

diagnosis vehicles for free if I do the work. In this case I felt it would be better to return his car and let him move on with no charge at all.
