After receiving the impressions kit, I did the impressions and emailed the photos to James He said they could be a little better, so they shipped me some more puttyI did over the upper arch and mailed James the photos, they were approvedI shipped out the impressions and I was the happiest person in the worldA few days later I got a message from James, he wanted photos of my mouthSo I did what he requested and emailed the images to himThe following day he emailed me back stating that he needed some more picturesThis is when I got frustrated and felt like these people didn't know what they were doingSo I asked *** to step in and get me a refund before the veneers went into productionI filed two claims with them and each time the person reviewing the case was as clueless as a blind man crossing the street by himselfI provided them with enough evidence but that wasn't good enoughThe representative on the phone said the seller would refund me $and all I had to do was call themSo I placed a call and just like I expected, the charming scam artist known as James picked upThese were his exact words, " Since you filed two claims and it was won in our favor, you could no longer receive a refund." This was no surprise to me, which is why I went to *** before I even contacted themSo basically if *** wins this in their favor, your $is out the windowThe *** reviews never lie, I've been with them long enough to know thatStay away from this company if you value your hard earned cashThe *** and the *** will take care of these people, justice will be served

Our product is a clip in veneer designed to assist customers with a temporary cosmetic solutionThere are certain requirements for this product to work- we have an international patent clip
feature that requires the 4th and or 5th tooth on each sideOur product is only designed to clip in to these particular teeth and replace up to missing teeth.
Our records indicate that Mr*** sent an email through our website contact form on the 21st of May informing our Customer Service team that his mom was missing several teeth, etcand inquiring if the product would work for her-
Our team kindly responded to take our mandatory online assessment to be sure she is suitable for the productAlso, in the same email, the customer service representative informed Mr*** what teeth are required for the product.
The only way to purchase a product is to go through the assessment- once completed, it informs you what product is best for youThe only possible way Mr*** would be able to purchase is by providing informationWe would welcome you to view the assessment at https://www.instasmile.com/us/smileassessment/index/index/
Once an order is made, we send out a self impression kit to the customer-they simply complete this and send back to our Chicago officeThe impressions are inspected within hours of receipt where we naturally connect with the customer to inform statusBased on our records, it appears that the impression received suggested that the customers mom was not suitable for the productWe are happy to manufacture the product for the customer, but as it is taken out of its true patent and function, we do ask the customer voids the warranty as we can not assure the proper shelf lifeAlternatively, we are happy to refund the customer minus the deduction of 30% per our terms and conditions agreed to when purchasinghttps://www.instasmile.com/us/terms-and-conditions
The customer did not want to pursue with the order- and asked for the refundThe refund of $was refunded back to the customer- not satisfied, the customer than put in a charge back with his bankIt was determined by our online merchant and his credit card company that it was handled fairly and the case fell in our favor
The deduction is not a monetary gain to our brandThis simply covers the material, shipping, taxes, correspondence and adminfeesMr*** did not purchase a product that was suitable for his momThis is not an error on our behalf.
To put this to rest, I would simply ask Mr*** what would be a fair refund amount- I would also ask if I have provided any information regarding this case as I have all correspondence documented and ready to present-

This company is not what they seem I recently got some upper dentures from them due to the fact that I was missing a tooth. I didn't want to go to a dentist because I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for what I needed . I had never done this before so I decided to search online for other options I came upon this site and thought to myself maybe so. I ordered the molds, sent them in a and was told that they were perfect and that my partial would be on it's way. I was very happy to hear that upon first getting it the material seemed very flimsy and easy to break. I put them in my mouth only to discover to my horror that they didn't fit my mouth right at all. I couldn't even close my mouth down on one side. I got in touch with the company and they wanted pictures of what I meant so I sent them they in turn told me that they would see what they could do. I asked them to remake the teeth or to please refund the money. They in turn wanted me to send them the teeth back at my expense and they would try and fix their mistake. I opened up a case with [redacted] since that is who I paid them from and I was told by them that if an item is made to fit then they have to look at the case and judge who is right and who is wrong since the company can't get back their money because they can't resell the item. I paid over $300.00 dollars for these teeth and all I have gotten is the run around so far.I may not get my money back and to add insult to injury the teeth have cracked on one side due the fact that they didn't fit right in the first place.

 Thank you for taking the time to review this case. We manufacture a product that is to assist customer with their dental portfolio- we require a particular set of teeth to secure the product in place. We are very clear and concise with information that we provide that these...

teeth are a requirement and we do expect all customers to understand the product prior to ordering. Sadly, Ms. [redacted] is missing the teeth that are required. 
 Per our terms and conditions, agreed to while purchasing, we do not provide a refund once the impression process has started. We have offered Ms. [redacted] 70% out of good will. This simply covers a the shipping, taxes, administration, correspondence and staff time involved- no monetary gain to our business. Alternatively, Ms. [redacted] does have the option of having the product manufactured as planned. We have offered her a product with warranty that she has declined. 
 
We have offered both product that our technicians can manipulate to her dental portfolio or a 70% refund- both very fair options.

I am rejecting this response because:
I will now file a review this company on the Revdex.com. I have all emails and after sending one with a question no response for months. Unfortunately, all I can do is leave negative reviews in hopes that it is visible to others doing their research. I'm still appalled that I could go months without any sort of response, but when I finally decided to attempt to take some sort of action, I received multiple emails in one day.

Always finding excuses not to send product...asks for extra$100.00 to put a rush on it. It's been 3 weeks already .

Our customer service team has always been available to assist Ms. [redacted] if she felt there was a lapse of correspondence. Our phone number and company service email is always available to connect if any concerns needed to be raised. This appears to be a historic order- sadly we cannot refund on a...

bespoke custom made product.I was personally contacted by Ms[redacted] credit card company- after all correspondence was reviewed it appears that we did our best in assisting and a charge back was unable to be placed. 
We are unsure of any yelp reviews as we have no control of any media that is published.
If Ms. [redacted] has an alternative solution in mind, we are willing to entertain further ideas to solve amicably.
