We will go to the customers home and caulk the endcaps and look at the fascia to see if there is anything wrongTell us why here

I am rejecting this response because:
in response to this total laughable answer from Mr Eric L***, we do own other homes but we do not have a team of workers or a single worker to do work on them, we hire contractors as we did with the work to be done on our own home and our sons home, when we hired Lindsey Construction Linley Construction sent Keith A*** to sell us on their work and promised all work would be done before our vacation which was July 12, no work was even started on either house nor was material ordered so we cancelled the vacation and tried to have Lindsey Construction even call us back as stated before it was not until legal action was mentioned that any work was even startedby that time they switched salesmen on us and would still not return calls pertaining to concerns The money that Mr L*** is referring to that we kept was actually refunded by him for work not completed by his company because of the poor quality of work they already had done we in good faith handed Keith A*** both insurance checks the day they came in the mail we did not cash them Lindsey construction did one example of work cancelled was replacing a French door people including Mr l*** measured the door and Mr James spore still brought the wrong door and even the wrong sizeand he was another of the that measured the door we did not know the gutters leaked until we had a heavy storm, but we complained about the way the edges were done from the start, the first subcontractor that Mr L*** ,hired the job to another subcontractor and they walked off the job before completing it because they were fighting amongst themselves complaining that Lindsey Construction was not paying them enougth, the next workers that came had some of the same men who were still unhappy we tried again several times to get Jim spore or Eric L*** to call us back finally we reached Eric L*** and he told us that we raise his blood pressure and for us to get up on the roof and fix it ourselves and send him a bill This is not a very ethical or honorable company and Mr Eric L*** is not a man of integrity our next question is what kind of guarantee will we have for the work they did.ufoguarantee guarantee

RE: Complaint Case # XXXXXXXX
Ms*** .***
To: Ms*** ** ***
We are in receipt of your correspondence regarding the above referenced case and trust that the following response to Ms***'s complaint will
satisfactorily resolve this dispute
We are in agreement that on June 26, 2016, Ms*** did enter into an agreement with Lindsey ConstructionHowever, per the attached copy of the agreement, Lindsey Construction Design, Inconly contracted to perform a small repair of the roof as allowed for and paid for by State Farm Insurance
We also acknowledge that due to the intense damage and corresponding work load we encountered in the Northern Indiana area, there was a slight delay in getting to the work, and we did have several conversations with her regarding our delaysHowever with that said, the roof repair at Ms***'s home was fully completed on July 29th a month after the work was contracted
Obviously, with the amount of work in the area, we feel that a month turn-around from the executed contract was reasonable, especially since the integrity of the area to be repaired was not compromising to the home itself and was only cosmetic in scope
To summarize, Lindsey acted in good faith, completed the work in a reasonable period of time, and with the customer fully compensating us for the completed work, was pleased with the result
As such, we would ask that this complaint be closed and that your finding not be entered as detrimental to our current excellent rating with the Revdex.com
Please do not hesitate to contact me should you need further information or clarification

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/06/24) */
We here at Lindsey Construction & Design, Inc strive to provide the best service possible. All final inspections were approved for the work that we preformed. On 9/9/2015 we received a certificate of completion signed by the customer stating...

that he was satisfied with the work.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2016/04/13) */
(Revdex.com - received business' response by phone.)
The business worked with the consumer's insurance company to get the project funded. However, the consumer has chosen not to have Lindsey Construction do the work. Although the consumer should...

be liable for the 25% as outline in their agreement, the business is not pursing it at this time. The business will not contact the consumer in the future.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2016/04/14) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Lindsey construction sales man did not contribute in any way to get the roof replacement approved by the insurance. In fact, I talked to the adjustser, she said I did not even need the salesman to be there. The insurance company does not know or recommend them. Also, I sent a notice of cancellation within 3 business days from the day I met with the salesman. What I signed was an agreement for them to be present the day the adjuster came. I have not signed any work contract, there is no number from Lindsey stating size of job and dollar amount. I do not understand this 25 % amount (of what?) being not pursued at this time. I would like a letter in writing from Lindsey construction stating that they had done no work of any sort for me, which is the case, and need no compensation of any kind now and forever, including that 25% of who knows what! Than live this matter to rest forever.

The consumer informed Revdex.com that she had been informed that the business owner was out of town last week and would return Thursday, 11/2.  She still has not received a call from the business owner.  She would like a firm date from the business.

his sons house in full and we worked with the insurance company uintil they did pay the necessary money to complete all the roofing and siding. Once we worked with the insuarance company and had an agreed price he asked us to do the job for less. We did all the legwork and recieved nothing. The first call we recieved was from an irate Mr [redacted] stating that his work was to be performed by a specified date. There was no such date on any of our paperwork. We met with the customer and scheduled the work to be completed. Once we finished the roof he stated that he wanted a certain contractor to do the fascia and gutters. We agreed and they completed the work.  two months later Mr [redacted] called in saying his gutter was leaking. Mr [redacted] has many houses and his own team of people that maintain them, so asking hime to caulk his gutter was not out of line, considering our previous dealings with the customer.
