The contract with *** *** stated dig out roughly 16'x40' area for shed*** top with slagThe weather made it difficult on top of his already wet propertyThe day tha the states that he took of of work, it down poured so that was why we did not start his job on that dateWhen the
job began, he got extra loads of gravel because of his extremely wet propertyIn which we did not charge him forHe got told numerous times that he should wait to do the pad because the gravel and materials keep getting pushed down into the ground because the property is so saturatedHe said that he needed the pad done, we proceeded to put the gravel down and then again told him to wait until it dries up to finish and top with the slagHe insisted that we finished the padThe pad was finished and he obviously was happy with the pad/work that he saw because he paid for the workHe called after the shed was delivered and stated that his ground was to wet and the shed people could not get the shed on the pad, like it was our responsibility to get the shed on the pad, when we didn't, is when he claimed the pad was uneven and it needed to be fixedThe shed movers should have the right equipment to get the shed on the padIts not our fault he hired inexperienced moversFresh dirt will always settle, why wouldn't the movers have blocks to make the shed level like any" other shed moverWe do not owe for the work done because he has all the materials that were paid for with the amountAnd we did our job stated on the contact. We are not responsible to put the shed on the padAlso, it is not our problem that the"shed movers that he hired" could not do their job.(Secretary)When Mr*** called to state that the pad was not right, weeks after he job being doneI told him that I could have Dave give him a call backHe was not happy that it would not be until later that night because Dave was working on a job and would not be back in until later. He started yelling, screaming and using profanity at me.I also remember the first call that he made to us, he stated that he was getting the shed for free from someone that he knewSo, I am wondering where he has gotten the amount that"he paid for the shed

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The owner Dave specifically said he could do it in the rainWe never ever had a conversation with the Dave or the secretary about them not being able to do the jobThe day they were a no-show was not raining and we called multiple times to ask when they were going to show upAlso when I spoke to Dave after the shed was delivered he said it was no problem that they move buildings all the time and he would fix the padThe amount we are asking for is a refund for the workWe also hired and paid a company to move the shedThey did their job and laid the shed as plannedThey had nothing to do with the pad being unleveledWe were never told that we needed to wait to get the work done due to the rainThey only came to the house twice to do the jobThey laid the material and then picked up their equipmentWe are really surprised that Dave never made an appointment to come outAs we stated he told us he would fix itWe also had no issue that Dave called us after hours as the secretary statedWe also did not use profane language we just needed an appointment to get the situation rectifiedWe also don't believe it's their concern how much we did or did not pay for the shedThe invoices for both the excavation work and the work to move the shed are attachedWe will need to hire a company to both move the shed, level the pad, and put the shed back on the padWe are dissatisfied that they did not make an appointment to come out after stating they would do the work and fix the padWe called multiple times after we spoke to Dave and didn't receive a replyI feel we have waited an acceptable amount of time for them to make an appointment and fix the padThe response we received is not acceptable due to the fact they are not willing to fix their workAgain they never said anything about not doing the job in the rain
Regards, *** ***
